KCS - Why Aren't My Contacts Syncing With Xero?

Objective:

  • I've contacts in Clio, but I can't see them in Xero, why?

Answer:

The reason you cannot see your contacts in Xero is because contacts in Clio will not be synced over to Xero until a Bill has been generated for the specific contact.
