KCS - Why Can't I See My Closed Matters In Dropbox?

The reason you can't see the closed Matters in you Dropbox is because the "Synchronize matters with a status of" is set to either: Open or Open and Pending. A specific setting change in your Document Sources is required in order to show the closed Matters.
