KCS - How to See If My Online Payment Went Through? (Client)

Objective:

  • To help Clio Connect Users access Bills in their account. 
  • To enable Clio Connect Users to view Payments on Bills. 
  • To let Clio Connect Users view outstanding Bills.

Environment:

  • Clio Connect
  • Clio Connect - Bills

Additional Information:

  • Client must already have a Clio Connect Account set up in order to check payments.

Procedure:

  1. Log on to Clio from https://app.clio.com/session/new 
  2. Click on the Bills tab
  3. Click the invoice number for the Bill
  4. Check the Pending Payments and Received Payments tab to see if the Payment went through*

*Alternatively you can view Online Payments by clicking on the Online Payments sub tab within Bills. This will show you all Payments made for this Clio Connect Account.
