KCS - How To Tell if an Invoice Has Been Shared

Objective:

  • Know which Invoices has been shared

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Bills

Additional Information:

Only Bills that have been shared via Clio Connect or via Email with Clio Payments enabled will have the "Shared" indicator. Bills that have been shared via email without Clio Payments will not show as "Shared"

Procedure:

  1. View Bill from main "Bills" page or from "Bills" sub-tab of Client or Matter
  2. See if it has the green "Shared" indicator to the right of the Invoice ID number
