KCS - Entered Time for Another User and it "Deletes" from the Activities Table Immediately

Issue:

  • Time Entries appear to be deleting when entered from the Activities table

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • New Clio Experience

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

By default, the filter is set to Users (Me) so we cannot see Time Entered for other users without first changing this.

Resolution:

  1. On the Activities page, click Filter 
  2. Click the dropdown under Firm User 
  3. Select All Users
  4. Click, Apply Filters
