KCS - How to Apply Custom Fields to a Contact


  • Edit a Contact to include specific Custom Fields
  • Add Custom Field to a Contact

Additional Information:

Default Contact Custom Fields will automatically appear in the Contact's Edit page under Custom Fields.


  1. Navigate to the Contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll to the Custom Fields section
  4. Click inside the Select to add a custom field box
  5. Select the Custom Field
  6. Fill in the field
  7. Click Update Person
