KCS - I can see my co-workers Calendar, but I can't change anything. Why?

Objective:

  • Not able to edit a specific user's calendar
  • Not able to edit other firm member's calendar.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Calendar

Answer:

If you are able to view the Calendar Entries from a firm member's Calendar, but not able to edit it, it is likely because you only have "Viewer" permission to the Calendar. This gives you permission to see what they are doing, but you are not allowed to make any changes. To allow changes, you will need to have your coworker change their permission settings.
