How am I billed for Phone Numbers with Campaign Tracker?

Answer:

Accounts using Campaign Tracker will be billed separately from their Clio bill on a monthly basis. This bill will show a list of campaign numbers and call durations.

Customers that use Campaign Tracker are billed for this service on the same credit card as their monthly Clio subscription. Monthly subscription customers are billed along with their monthly subscription plan (every 30 days). Annual customers are billed monthly (if they bought their first phone number on Feb 10 they would be billed on the 10th of the month).
