KCS - Why Did I Receive a Wrong Address Email from Clio?

Objective:

  • Automated Response from Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App 

Additional Information:

The client received the following email: "It seems this message may have been sent to our Support Team unintentionally by replying to the automated messages generated by Clio. As such, the party this message was intended for may have not received it so please be sure to follow up with them separately."

Answer:

  • A Bill or Resource has been Shared with the recipient via email using Clio, and they've replied to the email directly and contacted notifications@goclio.com. As a result, an automated message was sent to the recipient.
