- The user is still on a trial account. The Campaign Tracker will not available until the Trial has ended
- Only Elite subscribers have access to Campaign Tracker
- Only Administrators or the account owner can access Campaign Tracker
- If you have an Elite account and you are an account owner or Administrator, the feature has not been turned on for your Elite account. Please contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x 2 and request that the feature be turned on for your account.
