  • Why don't I see a Contingency option in my Billing Preferences?

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Only Boutique and Elite Accounts have access to Contingency Fee Billing.

Answer:

If you cannot set a Contingency option, it is likely because you are on the Starter billing level in your Clio Account. Use the following link for instructions on upgrading your account to Boutique or Elite.
