KCS - Why Doesn't my Client have all Firm Members available to Send a Secure Message to within Clio Connect?

Additional Information:

An easy way to ensure your Client is able to see the appropriate Firm members available within the dropdown menu is for the desired Firm Member to send the Client an initial Secure Message.

If one Firm Member sends a Secure Message to the Client as well as additional Firm Members, the additional Members will still not be available on the Client's side. Any desired Firm Member must send the Client a Secure Message directly.


A Clio Connect User will only be able to send a Secure Message to anyone in the Firm that has interacted with them via Clio Connect (ex. Shared a Document or sent a Secure Message).
