How to Turn Off/On Password Expiry

Objective:

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Account Administrators can require all user passwords to expire at regular intervals.
  • Users will be reminded 14 days before passwords expire
  • Only Administrators have the permission to make necessary changes

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Security 
  3. Click on Password Security sub-tab
  4. Under Password Expiry, select the frequency that you want user passwords to expire at
  5. Click Update Password Security
