KCS - Why do Support Resources not Match what I see in my Account?

Objective:

  • Understand Different Versions of Clio
  • New Clio Experience versus previous version of Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

New users will automatically have access to New Clio but, by default, do not have the ability to toggle to the previous version. 

Answer:

We recently released a large scale update to the Clio system and this is the one that you currently have access to in your account. Many of our videos have not yet been updated to reflect the newer version, however you can find those focused on the New Clio Experience here: Welcome to the New Clio Experience
