KCS - I changed my Bill Theme Invoice Note in the Footer to be bolded and underlined, but it's not showing up in the Invoice. Why?

Issue:

  • When the Invoice Note in the Footer of Bill Themes is bolded/underlined, but the Invoice Note is not bolded/underlined on the invoice that has the correct Bill Theme selected.

Cause:

The Invoice Note is likely written on the "Notes" tab which can be viewed when viewing the Bill. While this says Invoice Note just like the Invoice Note that appears then you Edit the invoice, it does not pull in formatting from the Bill Theme.

Resolution:

  1. Copy or Remove the Invoice Note under the Notes box of the Invoice
  2. Click More Actions
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter in the note in Invoice Note
  5. Click Save Invoice
