KCS - Why Did Clio Create a Duplicate Contact in Quickbooks Online?

Answer:

If the Client is a Company in Clio, Clio will create a duplicate if the Company's Name and Primary email address are not identical to the Quickbooks Online Customer

If the Client is a Person in Clio, Clio will create a duplicate if the Person's First Name, Last Name, and Primary email address are not identical to the Quickbooks Online Customer
