KCS - I can't Apply a Discount to a Bill

Issue:

  • Unable to apply a Discount 
  • Applying Discounts to Bills 

Environment:

  • Clio Web App 

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

  • The Bill has been fully Approved and the settings Allow editing of Approve Bills has not been turned on in the account. 

Resolution:

  1. Select Settings 
  2. Select Billing 
  3. Scroll down and select Allow editing of approved Bills and Trust Requests 
  4. Select Save Bill Settings
