KCS - Why can't I see the Originating Attorney Revenue Report?

  • I can't access the Originating Attorney Revenue Report

Answer:

  • Only users with Administrator or Reports permissions can access Originating Attorney Revenue report
    • If you don't see Reports (below Communications) in the sidebar on the left of Clio's main screen, please contact your account administrator for access
  • Only subscribers to our Elite plan have access to the Originating Attorney Revenue Report
    • If you would like to upgrade to the Elite subscription, please contact our sales team at 1-888-858-2546 x 1
  • If you have an Elite subscription and you are an Administrator or have Reports permission, the feature has not been turned on for your Elite account
    • Please contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 x 2 and request that the feature be turned on for your account
