KCS - Why don't I see a Transactions tab?

Objective:

  • I do not see a Transactions tab on my Matter's / Client's details page

Answer:

Not having access to the Transactions tab likely indicates that you don't have Accounts permissions. Please speak to one of your firm's Clio Administrators to add these permissions to your profile.
