KCS - Can I Import a New Custom Field into an Existing Contact or Matter?

Objective:

  • To determine if a newly created Custom Field can be imported into old Contacts or Matters
  • Whether it is possible to bulk import Custom Fields

Answer:

Yes, you are able to import Custom Field data, as long as the Matter or Contact does not already have the Custom Field added to it.
