KCS - Why Does the Revenue Report Show Collected Time for Matters Worked Outside the Date Range?

Objective:

  • Generated a CSV Revenue Report for a specific attorney with a set date range. Why do I see Collected Time for Matters that I did not work on or bill for during the date range?

Answer:

The Collected Time field looks at when individual Bill Payments were made. Therefore, even if the Bill was created outside of the date range, payments made within the date range will appear in Collected Time.
