KCS - Why Can't I See Custom Fields In My Settings?

Objective:

  • Unable to create Custom Fields
  • Can't add Custom Fields

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

  • Only Firm Members with Administrative Permissions can create Custom Fields.
  • Starter Subscription Plans do not have the ability to create Custom Fields.
