KCS - Why Does the Trust Listing Report Show A Balance For My Client When They Have Used Up All Matter Trust Funds?

Answer:

If a Matter's Trust Funds have been used up but the Report still shows a balance, there may be funds linked at the Contact level. To find out, access the page for the specific Contact and select the Transactions tab.
