Where Do Email Attachments Go When I File Communications Using the Clio Outlook Add-in?

  • Finding Documents attached to emails saved via Clio's Outlook plugin tool

Answer:

Email Attachments saved via Clio's Outlook Add-in are stored in an Attachments subfolder within the Documents tab for the Matter selected when filing that Communication.

To view your filed attachments in Clio:

  1. Navigate to the matter the email was filed to
  2. Click Documents at the top
  3. Click the name of the "Attachments" folder.
