KCS - Why Am I Getting a "Bad Request" Error When Trying to Sync to Office 365

  • To ascertain the reason why I'm unable to connect to Office 365

Environment:

  • Web app
  • Office 365

Additional Information:

Answer:

The subscription type is not supported. For example, trying to use your Outlook credentials when asked to sign in to Office 365.
