The Contact must have a valid Primary Email Address in Clio for the Bills to be sent successfully.
The Contact will receive an email with a link they can use to download the Bill. If you are set up with Clio Payments, they will also have a Pay Bill link option within the email.
- Go the main Billing tab
- Locate the Bill you want to share
- Click Send on the desired Bill
- In the Contact field, start typing the name of the desired Contact and select them from the dropdown that appears
- Select Send via Email
- Add Message (optional)
- Click Send Bill
