KCS - Why Don't I See the "Leads" Tab Anymore?

Objective:

  • Gain access to the "Leads" sub-tab on the main "Contacts" page
  • View and Add Leads

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Contacts

Additional Information:

The "Leads" functionality is associated with "Campaign Tracker" which is a feature only available on our "Elite" plan. When an Account is no longer on "Elite" the feature is removed.

Answer:

The Clio Account is no longer on an "Elite" subscription and has either downgraded to "Boutique" or "Elite".
