KCS - How Do I Connect to a Different Office 365 Account?

Objective:

  • Link to a new Office 365 account
  • Relink with a separate account
  • Completely disconnect Office 365
  • I already unlinked Clio and Office 365, when I try to set it up again, it does not give me a choice to go to the new Office 365 account
  • Change Office 365 account

Environment:

  • Office 365

Procedure:

  1. Disconnect the integration in Clio
    • Click on Settings
    • Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
    • Click on Configure next to Office 365 Contacts and Calendars
    • Click Disconnect Account 
    • Click Disconnect
  2. Revoke access in Office 365
    • Log into Office 365
    • Click on your name at the top-right
    • Choose My account
    • Click on App permissions
    • Click Revoke under Clio Documents Sync and/or Clio Contacts and Calendars Sync
    • Click OK
    • Click on your name again
    • Click Sign out
    • Sign into the other account
  3. Reconnect Clio with the new account
    • Click on Settings
    • Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
    • Click on Set Up Sync next to Office 365 Contacts and Calendars
    • Click Authorize Office 365 Access
    • Proceed with syncing Contacts and Calendars
