KCS - Can I Enter Time for a Deactivated User?

Objective:

  • Ensuring accurate entry of Time for Billing and record keeping purposes.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • If a user is activated on the day that your payment is going to be charged in Clio, there will be a subscription charge processed for that user.
  • Instructions on how to reactivate a user may be found here.

Answer:

  • Yes. In order to enable the ability to create Time Entries for deactivated users, an account Administrator must first reactivate the user from within Settings.
