KCS - I Uploaded a Document into the Clio Folder in Google Drive, but I Can't See it in the Matter in Clio.

Issue:

  • A Document was uploaded in to the Clio folder in Google Drive, but it is not showing up in the appropriate Matter in Clio.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Cause:

The Documents were uploaded in to the general "Clio" folder, but were not put in  to the specific Matter folder in Google Drive.

Resolution:

In Google Drive:

  1. Locate the "Clio" folder 
  2. Double click on the folder to open it
  3. Locate the Client folder that is associated with the Matter
  4. Double click on the folder to open it
  5. Locate the appropriate Matter Folder
  6. Double click on the folder to open it
  7. Click "New" to upload your document(s)
