KCS - Issue: Co-counsels appearing in Activity Category Permissions Groups field multiple times

Issue:

  • Co-counsels appearing in Activity Category Permissions Groups field multiple times

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Co-counsels are appearing in the Activity Category "Permissions Groups" dropdown field multiple times.

Selecting some copies of the User's name will results in the following error: Unable to create category. The page may be outdated. Please refresh and try again.

Cause:

N/A

Workaround:

Add a 'Z' in front of the name of the Contact to make them appear at the bottom of the list of Users.

or

To share the activity category with co-counsel, check "Visible to co-counsel" button at the bottom of the page

or 

Switch to previous Clio
