I'm an Elite User with Unlimited E-signature Requests, but When Logged into Hellosign, It Shows That I Only Have Three Signature Requests Available per Month. Why Is This?

Question:

  • Why am I being told that I only have three signature requests available, when it should be unlimited?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • HelloSign

Additional Information:

Answer:

HelloSign defaults to showing users that they have 3 signatures available. Unlimited e-signature requests will not be shown within HelloSign. If you're an Elite subscriber, then you will be receiving unlimited e-signature requests from Clio.
