Why does the Billing History Report Show that A Bill is Paid but the Payment Column is showing as $0?

Objective:

  • Although the Bill is indicated as Paid on the Billing History Report, the payment column is blank

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Answer:

If the payment that was applied to the Invoice is outside the date range that was selected when generating the Billing History Report, it will indicate that the Bill was Paid but the Payment Column will show as $0.
