Why am I getting a blue screen error: "Our e-Signature Feature is Currently Unavailable. Please Try Again in a Few Minutes"?

Objective:

  • What does this error mean? "Our e-Signature feature is currently unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes"

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Cause:

One or more email addresses for the Client(s) are invalid.

Resolution:

Check the email addresses associated to the Contacts you are sending the e-Signature request to, and edit the Contact(s) that has an incomplete/invalid email address.
