  • Can I Use an Email Address in Clio Grow for Clients to Respond to When Booking Appointments so that Everyone in the Firm Can See the Email?
  • How Can I Get Clients to Not Respond Back to the Appointment Invitation Email?
  • Is There a Way to Show All Emails in One Inbox?

Answer:

  • This cannot be done at this time. A workaround is to create an auto-forwarding rule in each User's email to automatically forward any booked appointment to another email address.
  • Users can put in the Subject Line: "DO NOT REPLY"
