To access your Time entries, tap the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap "Time Entries" in the menu.
You will see a list of your Time Entries for the given day as well as the Monthly calendar view.
Tap on a day to view time entries recorded for that day. The dots below a date in the calendar view are a visual indicator of how many time entries have been recorded on that given day. The maximum number of dots is five.
To view your Time Entries calendar in a Weekly View, tap on the calendar icon to the right of the month.
When in the Weekly View, you can tap on a date to access the Time Entries for that date. To change the weeks, swipe either from left to right or right to left on your screen. To return to today’s date, double tap on the name of the month.
To exit the weekly view, click on the calendar icon once more.
To filter your Time Entries by Users, tap on the "Filters" button.
Next, tap the "User" to show Time Entries for a different user.
To find a user, start typing the user's name in the search field then select it from the dynamic list.
Tap on a Time Entry to edit it. Add additional fields, tap the "Choose Optional Fields" link at the bottom of your screen.
When you have finished making your changes, tap the "Save" icon at the top of your screen.
While in the Edit screen you can delete a Time Entry by tapping on the "Delete Time Entry" button at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that a deletion is a permanent action.
To create a Time entry, tap on the "+" button on the bottom right of the screen.
Next, tap "Time entry" in the menu.
In the "New Time Entry" form, fill in the details for your Time entry and tap "Create Time Entry".
To start the timer, click on "Start Timer" below the Calendar display in the Time Entries area.
As your timer is running and you move through the Clio iOS app, you will see the time being recorded at the top of your screen and below the calendar view when you are in the Time Entry area.
To stop the timer, tap on "Stop Timer" from the Time Entries screen. You will then be prompted to save the time entry "Now" or "Later". Selecting "Later" will allow you to resume the timer again.
