To access your Contacts, tap on "More" button at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Contacts".
When you view your Contacts, they are listed in alphabetical order. Companies and People are not separated as they are in the desktop application.
To the right of each contact are three circles which, when tapped, reveal the Quick Add options where you are able to quickly add a Note, make a call or send an email to the Contact.
You have the ability to create a new Contact from the Clio iOS app. To do so, tap on the Global Create ("+") button at the bottom right of the screen:
Fill in the fields displayed with the Contact information. To add additional fields, at the bottom of the screen tap on "Choose Optional Fields" and select the fields you would like to add information into. When you are finished, tap on "Create Contact".
To edit Contact information, select the Contact you want to make changes to. Next, tap on the "Edit" link at the top of the screen.
You can edit the information in this screen and if you would like to add additional information, tap on the "Choose Optional Fields" link at the bottom of the page to select the additional options to add.
When you have completed editing the Contact, tap on the "Save" link at the top of your screen to save.
To add an image to a Contact card, tap on the bust icon.
In the image options window, tap on "Take Photo" to immediately take a photo with your device's camera, or tap on "Choose Photo" to select a photo already saved on your device.
While you are in the Edit screen you will see the ability to Delete a Contact.
Please note that a Deletion is a permanent action. You may be able to recover the Contact via the Recover Bin in the desktop application.
