iOS App: ScanSnap Integration

You can scan documents to Clio via the iOS app using a wireless X500 ScanSnap by following these steps.

To upload a document, tap the "+" on the bottom right of the screen. Then tap "Document" from the menu.

On the "New Document" screen, tap "Camera" in the File field.

Select "ScanSnap" in the upload options then tap "Done".

Back in the "New Document" form, tap "Choose a file to upload".

You will be redirected to your ScanSnap app or prompted to install it from the app Store. Once opened, the app will connect with your ScanSnap account and allow you to scan your document.

Once you have completed scanning the document, you will be redirected back to Clio. Here you can view a preview of the document by clicking on the icon.

You are required to populate the Description and Matter fields for your new document.

You can also change the name of the file.

Once populated, tap "Create Document".

Once created, the new document will appear in your document list.
