My Client is getting an error message logging into Clio Connect; what is wrong?
There are a few things that may be the source of the problem:
- Upon signing up for the Clio Connect account, the Client has not set a First and Last name
- The email address you've input for the Client is already taken within the system, or contains unusual characters
- The password contains unusual non-alphanumeric characters, or is less than 6 characters in length
- The Client has not agreed to the terms of service prior to selecting the sign-up button
My Client is trying to pay my bill online but she is getting an error message "online payment is not enabled".
Occasionally we see similar errors when the correct currency is not applied to the invoice; if you edit the bill, apply the correct currency and re-save. If this does not correct the problem, please contact Clio Support.
