What's the problem?
If you're seeing the following message when you attempt to download a PDF from Clio, it may be due to the security settings in Internet Explorer.
After choosing Save or Save As, you may then see the following message:
How do I fix it?
To fix this, go to Internet Options > Advanced and scroll down to the "Security" section. Look for a setting called "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" as shown in the screenshot below.
Make sure this option is unchecked, then click OK and try downloading a PDF from Clio.
All done! This should resolve the issue, but if it does not please contact Clio Support.
