Clio Campaign Tracker gives you the ability to identify where you should continue to invest your advertising or marketing budget. By creating campaigns in Clio, you can track how much you spend on advertising, the number of leads and new clients that you sign-on from each of your advertising initiatives, and the return on investment (ROI) from each of your advertising initiatives.
Campaign Tracker works in 3 ways:
Create a tracking phone number:
You can generate local and toll-free phone numbers to use in your advertisements. Calls coming in to these phone numbers will be forwarded to the phone number of your choosing and the caller will automatically be added to your Clio account as a lead. Leads will also be added to your Campaigns dashboard where the return on investment (ROI) for your campaign will be calculated for you as leads are converted to paying clients.
Manually track leads and costs:
You can create campaigns for manually tracking the leads and costs associated with those initiatives that are not dependent on a phone number (i.e. walk-ins, referrals, unsolicited calls, etc.).
Add a web form to your website:
You can add a contact form to your website that is connected to a Clio campaign and creates a lead with each submission.
