Microsoft has recently announced that, as of January 12th, they will no longer be supporting Internet Explorer 10 (or older versions of IE). This means that IE 10 will no longer receive security updates, fixes, or technical support from Microsoft.
What does this mean for Clio users?
Since older versions of Internet Explorer will no longer receive security updates, these browsers will quickly become vulnerable to malicious attacks that can exploit your data. As such, all Internet Explorer users will be required to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 by January 12th in order to continue to access Clio securely.
How do I upgrade to IE 11?
- Home PC Users can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft HERE.
- Enterprise and network accounts can view tips for deploying an Internet Explorer update through the Microsoft TechCenter.
- Windows 10 users can alternately use Microsoft Edge to access Clio securely.
