Zapier has recently revealed their new Zap editor which allows you to create powerful, automated workflows with multi-step (cascading) Zaps. One Trigger can now lead to many Actions in successive order.
You can create a client intake form that will automatically create a Contact and Matter in Clio, trigger WebMerge to create an Engagement Letter, send a welcome email to your client, add a Task to Clio, and send an SMS text notification to yourself or a colleague when everything is complete. Entire workflows can now be automated to suit your practice - the possibilities and potential are nearly endless.
