Partially paid Trust Requests will remain in the Awaiting Payment state until they are completely paid off. If you do not anticipate that the remaining request amount will be paid, or if a trust refund is required, you can manually close the Trust Request, moving it to the Paid state.
To close a Trust Request, open the request bill and click on the "Actions" menu, then select the "Close Trust Request" option.
If you need to record the reason for closing the request (i.e. work complete, amount refunded, mistakenly applied payment, etc.), we suggest editing the trust bill and adding a comment to the "Trust Request Notes" field.
