KCS - How Do I Know If I've Connected My Office 365 Account to the Right Email?

Objective:

  • What email address did I use to sync Clio and Office 365?
  • Used the wrong Office 365 account when syncing Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Office 365

Additional Information:

n/a

Procedure:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
  3. Click on Configure
  4. Confirm that the email next to "You are currently..." is the email you intended to sync
  5. If the email is not correct:
    1. Click Disconnect Account
    2. Set up the Office 365 sync to the correct email address. See here
