KCS - How Can I Tell If Clio Is Set Up to Sync With Office 365?

Objective:

  • Are my Office 365 Contacts and Calendars syncing with Clio?

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Office 365

Additional Information:

n/a

Procedure:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
  3. Click on Configure
  4. If Contacts should be syncing confirm that there is a grey Stop Sync button
  5. If Calendars should be syncing confirm that there is a grey Stop Sync button next to each Calendar that should be syncing
  6. If the Stop Sync button does not appear, set up the sync. See here for Calendars, and here for Contacts.
