KCS - Issue: Contact country defaults to United States when creating Contact from Matter create/edit page

Issue:

  • Contact country defaults to United States when creating Contact from Matter create/edit page

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When you go to create a Matter and click the "+ Add a Contact" button, United States comes automatically populated in the "Country" field. This happens even when your firm Country is set to something else.

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Create a Contact from the Contacts page or the global add option.

or

Change the country manually.
