KCS - Practice Information was Not Successfully Saved

Issue:

  • When updating the Billable Hours Target on the Practice Performance page, the user received the error message Practice information was not successfully saved

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

  • A comma is present in the Billable Hours Target 

Resolution:

  • Remove the comma and select Save Practice Information
