KCS - Issue: Country Field Doesn't Match the Default Country When Creating a New Contact in a New Matter

Issue:

  • The country field doesn't match the default country when you create a new Contact from a new Matter.

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When you create a new Contact from the "Create New" button or from the main Contacts tab, the country field populates with the default country

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Solution:

  1. Change your firm address (in the "Account and Payment Info" area of the settings menu) to another country
  2. Change your firm address back to your desired country
