KCS - Can I Reopen my Clio Account?

Objective:

  • Reenable closed account
  • Reactivate cancelled account

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • As per our Terms of Service, after 90 days from the cancellation or termination of a subscription, all Content associated with such subscription will be irrevocably deleted from the Service. If you're within the 90 day timeline, the account can be reopened. 

Answer:

The Account owner must send an Email to support@clio.com confirming reactivation. Please note, for security purposes the email sent must come from the Account owners email associated to Clio. Include in the body of the email the following: "Please reopen my account with the intention that I will continue to use my account and resume billing for my monthly or annual subscription."
